We could tell Josh was an expert and professional from our very first phone call, and even more so when we met in person and started looking at homes. We were moving to the area from over 400 miles away but Josh ensured our home buying experience and timeline wasn't hindered whatsoever, even with the long-distance effort. He was always accessible, providing answers to our questions when we had them and would immediately reach out to the seller's agent when we needed answers from them. We moved several times throughout my military career and bought and sold several houses along the way.
